In 2023 we improved various areas of the gym including these great kit additions -

• NEW Free Weights benches and equipment
• NEW Matrix Hip Thrust Machine

In 2024 you can expect to see some more exciting upgrades including -

• NEW carpeted gym flooring
• A refurbishment of the Men's and Ladies changing rooms and shower facilities
• NEW Les Mills classes added to our Group Fitness Timetable
• The main gym windows will have a new motivational vinyl design applied in early 2024 to enhance your workout experience

Updates To The Member Rewards Hub
Available via our mobile App, the Rewards Hub gives you exclusive deals and discounts on brands you love. Keep an eye out for exciting new brands and discounts added to the hub in the new year, plus free samples in the club.

Virtual Studio - On-Demand
Can't make it to the gym? Complement your gym visits with on-demand classes updated every week via our mobile App. Access other exclusive online classes including Les Mills, stretch mobility, meditations, dance workouts, and more. Next year we will be expanding our online offering to bring you more full fitness programmes including Beginner's Guides, Strength Training Programmes, Club Tours, and more.

Gym Challenges With Prizes To Be Won
Did you take part in our Triathlon Challenge in November? Look out for more exciting gym challenges to switch up your routine in the New Year. With prizes to be won for each challenge finisher, it's a great way to keep on track and stay motivated.
