The essence of this challenge is simple: acknowledge and celebrate every step you take towards your fitness goals. By focusing on these cumulative efforts, the challenge reinforces that consistency is the cornerstone of any successful fitness regimen.

  2. Accumulate Points: Earn points through various activities:
    - Gym Visit: 1 point per visit | Group Fitness Class: 2 points per class | Taster/Personal Training Session: 3 points per session
  3. Display Your Progress: Pin your completed points card to the challenge notice board. Watch as the collective points of our gym community grow, showcasing our shared commitment.
  4. Aim for Rewards: Top point holders will have the chance to win exciting prizes, adding an extra layer of motivation to your fitness journey.
