Cleaning schedules have increased, however, please sanitise the equipment before and after you use it using the disposal towels provided.

Bring your own bottle to fill up at our water fountains. You can also purchase a supply of water from the vending machines.

by our signage and instructions.

Mats are available for Yoga & Pilates classes, however Bringing your own mat is recommended.

Mon - Fri 5am - midnight
Weekend and Bank Holidays - 7am - 10pm

Off-peak access:
Mon - Fri 5am - 12pm, 2pm - 5pm & 10pm to midnight
Weekend and Bank Holidays - 7am - 10pm

Off-peak members: To guarantee entry to the gym, please arrive no later than 30 mins before the end of the Off-peak access hours.
