I’m passionate about health and fitness. I have a background in a range of competitive sports, I am a qualified YMCA Padwork instructor and Kettlebell Pro instructor, as well as 15 years experience in ballet and gymnastics.

I’m fiercely determined and I’ve transformed my own body and will help motivate you to achieve the results you want and in turn make you feel body confident and empowered in your fitness journey through exercise and nutrition.
