I’m a born and bred East Londoner with a competitive sporting background in Football, Athletics, & Combat Sports. Realising I had a passion for developing individuals and helping people reach their sporting potential and fitness goals, I combined this with my experience as a sports lecturer and a coach to develop my career in fitness.
I enjoy training different people of any fitness experience or skill level. I believe that deep down the clients understand what is best for them and that a tailored fitness journey is key to increasing your self-sustainability. Additionally, with my ability to coach, inspire, and create a thriving fitness environment, we will together build your confidence and discipline; therefore, increasing the chances of you reaching your fitness goals and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
