As a semi-professional footballer and someone with years of experience in the fitness industry, I really understand what it takes to get to where you want to be. As a personal trainer, I strive to encourage and motivate individuals to push themselves to new heights and reach goals that once felt unachievable. I specialise in mobility/flexibility, strength and conditioning, body transformations, weight training, core strength and muscle building. Working with me will help you to constantly get the most out of your time at the gym through my guidance, encouragement, and support. As your trainer, I will be there to answer any questions you may have whether it’s about lifestyle, exercise techniques or diet.
