I became a Personal Trainer during my three years in the Army; during this I had the opportunity to instruct the new recruits. After this, I also expanded my qualifcations whilst at University in the the UK.
My passion is helping people reach their goals and become stronger and fitter; in a happy and safe environment. I train hard and I apply this same principle to my personal training.
I specialise in martial arts training, weight training and strength and conditioning.
